Shelagh's Experience

Shelagh began her teaching career in Australia where she gained her Masters in Education through Griffiths University, Gold Coast, Australia.

She continued to teach in various countries including the United Arab Emirates and the Caribbean Islands. Coming back to Canada to raise her family she taught at the Toronto French School.

About Shelagh

While travelling, Shelagh became a 300 hour certified Yoga Instructor. Upon moving to the Georgian Bay Area to pursue a life more suited to the outdoors, she opened a Yoga Studio in Thornbury called Mantra Yoga Studio. After selling her studio, Shelagh is excited to get back into teaching and working with youths to help them build and structure their lives for the future.
