Music/French Teacher
Olivia is our Music and French teacher, who values nature's classroom through nurturing creativity, curiosity, and connection through outdoor learning.
With extensive experience guiding backcountry camping and outdoor education through GBCS Pursuits Program and WILDE, Olivia brings a deep passion for experiential, place-based learning. As WILDE’s Summer Camp Program Coordinator for two years and a former instructor, Olivia has helped design and lead programs that nurture resilience, leadership, and environmental stewardship. Olivia's lifelong French Immersion education from Primary all the way through University, as well as her love for music (guitar, ukulele, piano, and violin!) allows her to integrate language, creativity, and culture into every lesson. As an an avid outdoor enthusiast, Olivia believes learning thrives when students are connected to nature, community, and themselves.
Grounded, playful, and compassionate, Olivia meets students where they are—curious, capable, and full of potential. Olivia guides through exploration, music, and time in nature, helping each learner feel seen and inspired. Olivia believes educators at WILDE are mentors who nurture curiosity and connection.

When Olivia is not teaching, she often can be found on the ski hill at Blue Mountain, or deep in the backcountry on a camping trip! As much as she loves to be outside, she values those quiet moments with a good book and a coffee (iced of course). Olivia finds balance and inspiration in the rhythms of nature and seasonal adventure.
